Meet the Doctor

Dr. M. Natalie Dianati

Dr. M. Natalie Dianati earned her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), graduating with departmental honors. She went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the UCLA School of Dentistry, with Dental Boards scores among the top 1% nationally.

During her time at UCLA, Dr. Dianati was deeply involved in research, leading to a publication in Developmental Biology. She was consistently recognized for academic excellence and leadership, earning multiple scholarships including the Newfield Scholarship and the Ruth G. White Scholarship. She was also a regular member of the Dean’s List throughout her education.

Dr. Dianati completed a three-year periodontal residency at the West Los Angeles VA–UCLA program and received her Certificate in Advanced Periodontics. During specialty training, she conducted advanced research on maxillary sinus augmentation using allograft, xenograft, and calcium sulfate hemihydrate to improve implant site development.

Dr. Dianati is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology—an achievement that reflects significant accomplishment beyond the specialty’s standard educational requirements. She is also an active member of leading professional organizations, including the American Academy of Periodontology, Academy of Osseointegration, California Society of Periodontists, California Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.

She specializes in periodontics and implant dentistry, with a focus on minimally invasive, cutting-edge care such as the Chao Pinhole Surgical Technique and LANAP® Laser Gum Surgery.
Outside the office, Dr. Dianati enjoys going to basketball games, watching movies, traveling, and spending time with her family.
